Building Consensus:practical proposals for a socially cohesive reconstruction of Ukraine East Europe Foundation and Agency for Recovery and Development

Ahead of the URC23 Conference in London, representatives of civil society organisations from
Ukraine, Ukrainians temporarily based in the United Kingdom and from the Diaspora
community in the UK held a one-day workshop on 19th June 2023 and collected online
submissions in support of the URC23. They organised their discussion across four thematic
areas: Evidence, Voice, Care and Futures. They developed the following conclusions and
recommendations for practical action in support of the role of civil society in the socially
cohesive reconstruction of Ukraine, which they respectfully submit to the URC23 Conference.
