Empowering Communities: A Tripartite Approach to Participatory Recovery in Ukraine
This White Paper has been prepared for the East Europe Foundation and the NGO Recovery and Development Agency in Ukraine. This is very much a working document that will be expanded and adapted as further engagement with stakeholders takes place. Much of the research is based on visits to Ukraine sponsored by Optio Venture Partners ESG programme between 9 to 13 February and 8 to 13 July and on a workshop held in London on 19 June which was sponsored by Folke Bernadotte Academy in Stockholm and Kingston University London.
